Job Summary
Room patients for examination, obtain and document histories and vital signs, and assist physicians with procedures including biopsies and wound care. Prepare treatment rooms and instruments, perform clinical tasks such as injections and specimen handling, and process prescriptions and prior authorizations. Support scheduling, charting, and electronic medical records documentation while maintaining exam room cleanliness and delivering customer service. Full-time Monday-Friday, 7:45am-4:45pm with a sign-on bonus up to $1000. Dermatology experience is highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of medical office or clinical experience
- Dermatology experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
