Medical Assistant Instructor

Instruct students on technical skills and curriculum development to prepare them for workforce employment as Medical Assistants. Recruit students, market the program, and provide access to on-the-job training while maintaining records of assignments. Monitor individual and group progress through testing techniques to ensure student achievement and oversee effective performance. Develop awareness of industrial safety, punctuality, work ethic, and communication skills while leading students in constructive peer relations. Create a safe, orderly learning environment and model positive professional attributes. Assist with employment placement of graduates, build school/community relations, and manage fiscal and facility resources. Attend professional meetings, advisory committee consultations, and commencement ceremonies.
