Medical Assistant Instructor

Prepare and deliver high-quality instruction to students using diverse teaching methodologies while maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment. Develop and maintain course materials aligned with the college's curriculum, accreditation requirements, and program goals. Assess student learning outcomes regularly and utilize data to implement strategies for program improvement and continuous quality enhancement. Provide proactive academic advising, tutoring, and office hours to support student success, retention, and career development. Collaborate with colleagues across departments, participate in faculty development activities, and mentor new faculty members. Adhere to institutional, accreditation, and regulatory standards by documenting grades, attendance, and advising records in designated software systems. Ensure classroom and lab equipment is available and in good working condition.
