Job Summary
The Medical Assistant - Infectious Disease assists with patient care and operational flow by performing clerical and clinical duties under supervision. Responsibilities include patient rooming, vital sign assessments, documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR), and supporting providers during patient visits. Candidates must possess strong customer service skills and knowledge of medical terminology. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with preference given to graduates of accredited Medical Assistant programs.
