Job Summary
Coordinate patient flow by assisting in clinical data collection and review for patient intake, ensuring appropriate information is available to the provider, and entering pertinent history in the medical record. Perform and assist with clinical procedures in accordance with divisional/department responsibilities as directed by the provider and per protocol. Act as an important liaison between the patient/family, provider, and other care team members while participating in quality improvement initiatives and advanced patient care. Full-time role with potential travel to other locations.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
- MA Certification
- American Heart Association BLS Certification within 90 days of hire date
