Job Summary
Travel to assigned clinics throughout the region to provide direct clinical support based on operational needs and patient volumes. Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, review medication and health history information, and prepare patients for examinations and procedures. Perform patient outreach, follow-up activities, documentation updates, order preparation, referral coordination, and other care pathway-related tasks. Support implementation and adherence to standardized clinical pathways and best practices across multiple outpatient locations. Work independently on routine assignments and moderately complex tasks under general supervision, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient patient care and accurate documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with clinical pathways
- Ability to quickly integrate into varying clinical environments
