Job Summary
Assist physicians with patient care, clerical, environmental, and organization tasks, including appointment scheduling and chart management. Provide information to patients to ensure they fully utilize clinic services while conveying a positive image of organization. Maintain current BLS certification and phlebotomy competency upon hire. Requires high school diploma, medical assistant certification, and at least one year of public contact job experience, with healthcare experience preferred. Schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Medical Assistant Certification
- Current BLS certificate
- Minimum one year work experience in public contact job
- Current Phlebotomy certification or Competency
