Medical Assistant II (Endocrinology)

Coordinate patient flow by assisting in clinical data collection and review for patient intake, ensuring appropriate information is available to the provider, and entering pertinent history in the medical record. Perform and assist with clinical procedures in accordance with divisional/department responsibilities as directed by the provider and per protocol. Mentoring and training new Medical Assistants is a key responsibility. This role requires one year of experience as a Medical Assistant, MA certification, and proficiency in both clinical and administrative tasks. American Heart Association BLS certification is required within 90 days of hire. Travel to other clinic locations may be needed.
