Job Summary
Manage high patient volume averaging 40 daily by performing advanced scribing, documenting histories of present illnesses, and updating medical, surgical, and family records. Assist physicians with complex procedures including biopsies, excisions, Botox, and laser treatments while adhering to sterile techniques and infection control protocols. Administer local anesthesia, remove sutures, log pathology orders, and operate specialized equipment such as Narrowband UVB units. Maintain examination rooms, refill liquid nitrogen containers, and process prescription refills and prior authorizations efficiently. Requires 3–5 years of experience with strong EHR proficiency. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3–5 years of medical assistant experience
