Job Summary
Mobile Medical Assistant role supporting clinicians in a clinic setting; assists with patient examinations and treatments under physician direction; provides front and/or back-office clinical support; greets patients, manages chart and records, documents vital signs, explains procedures, administers prescribed medications as directed, and assists with scheduling follow-ups and co-payments to ensure smooth clinic operations; requires strong patient-centered service, attention to detail in documentation, and ability to balance front- and back-office responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of related experience or equivalent
- Medical Assistant certificate / certification from accredited program
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) may be required depending on location or patient population
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required
- Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test
