Job Summary
Medical Assistant II position in a high-volume, team-oriented clinic (CVHS, a 501(c)(3) non-profit). Responsibilities include performing nursing procedures under clinician direction (excluding injections/triage/IVs), handling age-diverse patient care (infant to geriatric), maintaining medical supplies inventory, potential lab duties, contributing to quality assurance and education processes, supporting efficient patient flow, and adhering to confidentiality. Requires completion of an accredited MA or Allied Health program and National certification via a recognized exam; CPR certification preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday with full benefits and tuition/license reimbursements. Experience in medical office systems and equipment, strong communication, and teamwork skills are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant or Allied Health Training program
- Certification achieved by passing a National exam from a program other than the MA school
