Job Summary
Greet and support patients virtually and in person, prepare them for visits, and perform basic clinical tasks such as testing, injections, and EKGs. Assist physicians with exams, manage EMR updates, patient communications, and scheduling, while handling clerical duties and troubleshooting video visits. Maintain exam rooms and equipment, and support patient portal access. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED
- Graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant Program
- Current Medical Assistant Certification by a national organization accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) or the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)
