Job Summary
Greet and support patients virtually and in person, preparing them for visits while performing basic clinical tasks such as testing, injections, and EKGs. Assist with exams, maintain exam rooms and equipment, and manage EMR updates, patient communications, referrals, and scheduling. Handle clerical duties, troubleshoot video visits, and support patient portal access. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, with Tuesday and Wednesday shifts extending to 7pm. Hourly pay ranges from $19.10 to $27.69.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED
- Graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant Program
- Current Medical Assistant Certification by a national organization accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) or the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)
