Medical Assistant I or II

Conduct patient preparation, document information into the electronic health record, and support laboratory procedures including venipuncture and rapid testing. Maintain exam rooms and laboratory areas with supplies while acting as a liaison between the front office and providers to ensure timely patient flow. For Medical Assistant II roles, provide in-clinic Epic training, shadow new staff, and manage lab coverage by running controls and maintaining equipment. Review and update patient demographic, medical history, and immunization information. Work evening hours and Saturdays with adherence to clinical processes based on Medical Practice Standing Order policies.
