Medical Assistant I

Medical Assistant I will provide patient care under the direction of a physician, performing essential duties such as front desk check-in/out, managing patient medical records in the NextGen EHR system, taking medical histories, and assisting in examinations. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks. Additional responsibilities include collecting laboratory specimens, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring accurate documentation of medical visits. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
