Job Summary
Conduct daily chart prep, greet patients to exam rooms, and measure vital signs while documenting visits in e-HR. Administer injections and medications per protocol, perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and vision tests, and collect specimens for laboratory review. Assist providers with procedures and implement standing orders, then track overdue results and manage patient follow-up communications. Collaborate on care plans, assist with preventative outreach, and ensure exam rooms and equipment are cleaned after each visit. Maintain patient confidentiality and participate in performance improvement initiatives. Requires current CPR certification and English proficiency; full-time role with a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a Medical Assistant program or competency assessment
- Two years of on-the-job training
- Current CPR certification
- English proficiency
