Job Summary
Triage incoming calls, update and verify patient demographics, and verify insurance eligibility to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Schedule new and missed appointments, order patient supplies, and collect necessary forms prior to patient care. Maintain accurate demographic information on file, verify documentation within patient charts, and follow up on pending tasks. Answer inquiries and check daily action items from providers. This full-time, in-office role in Victorville supports the Home Health office team with administrative and clinical support.
