Room patients, interview for physician presentation, and update medical histories and medications. Review PDMP data and urine drug screens, enter referrals, and assist with surgery scheduling and injection setups. Prepare charts, sanitize exam rooms, and manage inventory supplies. Requires two years of pain management experience; submit resume and cover letter for review.
Required Qualifications
- Pain Management Medical Assistant
- Mesa, AZ
- Mon-Fri (40 hr/week)
- 2 Years Minimum (Pain Management)
- Rooming Patients & Interviewing for Presentation to Physician
- Charting (Updating Med History, Medications, etc)
- PDMP Review & Experience Reviewing
- Urine Drug Screen (Experience/Knowledge of UDS Flags/Medications)
- Entering Referrals
- Surgery Scheduling & Education
- Procedure Assisting & Setup for Injections/Surgical Cases for OBL
- Chart Prep
- Cleaning of Exam Rooms/Sanitization
- Inventory / Supply Management
- Medical Assistant (Graduated does not have to be certified)
- 2 years Experience Pain Management
