Job Summary
Manage patient scheduling, coordinate referrals, and obtain prior authorizations while maintaining medical records and monitoring clinical inventory. Prepare patients for appointments by obtaining vital signs, updating histories, and assisting providers during examinations and procedures. Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections and support Spravato® treatment sessions through medication preparation and patient monitoring. Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and REMS requirements. Partner with psychiatrists, therapists, and clinical research staff to ensure seamless communication and operational excellence. Provide leadership support by assisting with onboarding, training new employees, and coordinating daily workflows. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care by building positive relationships and educating individuals on treatment expectations. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying workflow enhancements and promoting best practices to improve clinic performance.
