Job Summary
Take vitals, record medical histories, and prep patients for exams so providers can focus on care. Administer medications and injections, draw blood, run basic lab tests, and perform EKGs and PFTs. Keep records accurate in the EMR, coordinate scheduling and follow-ups, and answer patient questions with concierge-level support. Partner with providers and staff to create seamless experiences, pitching in to cover other clinic areas when needed. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm at the Brandon clinic, with some local travel required to cover other centers.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years as a medical assistant
- ideally in a primary care setting
- Confidence with vitals, blood draws, EKGs, and basic labs
- Strong communication skills that build trust with patients and teammates
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinic
- Composure and professionalism when things get busy

- Location: Brandon clinic
- some local travel may be required to help cover other centers
- Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Desired Qualifications
- Are a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- Speak both English and Spanish
