Job Summary
Take and record vitals, medical histories, and medication lists while prep patients for their exams. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as directed, draw blood, run basic lab tests, and perform EKGs and PFTs. Keep records and scheduling tight by documenting accurately in the EMR and coordinating follow-up appointments. Answer patient questions promptly with concierge-level support and partner with providers to create seamless patient experiences. Pitch in to help cover other areas of the clinic when the team needs you. Report to the Center Manager in our Spring Hill clinic, with some local travel required to cover other centers. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years as a medical assistant
- ideally in a primary care setting
- Confidence with vitals
- Confidence with blood draws
- Confidence with EKGs
- Confidence with basic labs
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to multitask
- The ability to stay organized

Desired Qualifications
- Are a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
