Job Summary
Take vitals, draw blood, run EKGs, and administer medications to prepare patients for provider exams. Keep records accurate in the EMR, manage scheduling, and coordinate follow-ups to ensure seamless clinic operations. Provide concierge-level support by answering patient questions promptly while maintaining strict documentation standards. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, with local travel required to cover other centers. Report to the Center Manager in a fast-paced environment focused on patient outcomes and care coordination.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years as a medical assistant
- ideally in a primary care setting
- Confidence with vitals
- Confidence with blood draws
- Confidence with EKGs
- Confidence with basic labs
- Strong communication skills
