Job Summary
Take vitals, record histories, and prep patients for exams while administering medications, injections, and treatments as directed. Draw blood, run basic lab tests, perform EKGs and PFTs, and keep records and scheduling tight by documenting accurately in the EMR. Coordinate follow-up appointments to maintain care on track and answer patient questions with concierge-level support. Partner with providers to create seamless experiences and pitch in to cover other clinic areas when needed. Maintain accurate documentation and strong follow-up compliance to sustain a clinic patient NPS of 90+. Report to the Center Manager in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years as a medical assistant
- ideally in a primary care setting
- Confidence with vitals
- Confidence with blood draws
- Confidence with EKGs
- Confidence with basic labs
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to multitask
- The ability to stay organized

- Location: Brandon clinic
- some local travel may be required to help cover other centers
- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Desired Qualifications
- Are a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- Speak both English and Spanish
