Prepare exam and treatment rooms with instruments and supplies, ensuring all areas are cleaned and stocked at the end of the workday. Review patient history, visit reasons, medications, and procedure understanding to make notes in EMA, while consistently completing MIPS information in medical records. Assist providers during surgical procedures such as excisions, Mohs surgery, and cosmetic treatments, and support front desk operations by answering phones and scheduling patients. Clean and perform spore testing on autoclaves, check medication expiration dates, maintain biopsy books and pathology reports, and process prescription refills with proper authorization. Manage the pathology and culture log with accuracy.
