Job Summary
Medical Assistant – General Surgery supporting a busy clinic with 15 providers across Naperville, Plainfield, Yorkville, and Sandwich. Responsible for patient preparation for exams, specimen collection, phlebotomy, routine diagnostic tests, and administrative tasks under supervision of a clinic supervisor and physician. Requires current CMA/RMA/CCMA certification and CPR; travel between four IL locations required; full-time schedule (36 hours/week) with 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours, plus overtime/evening/Saturday rotation as needed. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or RMA or CCMA certification/registration (AAMA, ARMA, NHA or equivalent)
- Current CPR certification (American Heart Association)
- Valid driver’s license (if off-site duties)
- 6 months of clinical experience
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
