Job Summary
Assists the physician and office staff with patient care activities consistent with nursing standards in the General and Trauma Surgery clinic. Performs related duties in a fast-paced outpatient setting, communicates with patients and families in a compassionate, professional manner, and supports clinical operations. Requires completion of a Medical Assistant program (preferred) and a high school diploma or equivalent; one year of applicable patient care/medical office experience preferred. Attends MA Clinic Academy training as part of onboarding. Day shift, Monday–Friday.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program (education preferred)
