Medical Assistant - Gastroenterology - Volusia County, FL

Greet patients, take vitals, and document history in the EMR while managing room flow and phone triage. Assist providers with rectal exams, hemorrhoid banding, and procedures like fibroscans, bone density, and breath tests. Maintain logs for expiring infusion medications, process prescription refills, and schedule testing for patients and incoming PCP requests. Keep exam rooms clean and stocked with supplies while ensuring compliance with OSHA and state health guidelines. This role offers Monday through Friday hours with no weekends or evenings, including paid holidays and PTO.
