Job Summary
Medical Assistant role in a Jacksonville urgent-care setting supporting providers with exams, triage, vitals, blood draws/venipuncture, lab work, immunizations, setting up procedures, room readiness, and patient check-in/check-out with insurance verification and payments. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a Medical Assistant, EMT, Paramedic, Radiologic Technologist, or another relevant program; or active Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) designation; or 6 months of MA experience in a relevant environment; or licensed CNA with phlebotomy experience; or phlebotomy certification with 6 months verifiable phlebotomy experience; or 1 year of verifiable phlebotomy-focused experience.
