Job Summary
Full-Time Medical Assistant at Schweiger’s Gilroy office. Assist physicians in medical, cosmetic, and laser procedures; record treatments, medications, biopsies, cultures, photos, prescriptions, and prior authorizations; manage provider-to-patient flow and prep/cleanup of exam rooms; perform inventory and supply stocking; support a professional, welcoming atmosphere and open availability to cover in a team setting. Dermatology experience preferred; healthcare experience required; strong communication and organizational skills and proficiency with EMR, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Open Monday–Friday with flexibility to cover weekends; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Previous healthcare experience is required
- Nationally Certified Medical Assistant preferred
- Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems
- Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
