Job Summary
Conduct medical, clinical, and clerical tasks in a dermatology setting while assisting physicians in procedures, recording treatments, and managing patient flow. Perform pre-care and post-care instructions, prepare rooms, and maintain equipment. Scan retail and cosmetic products for low inventory levels, restock supplies, and attend in-house training. Promote a professional atmosphere and ensure all documentation follows established guidelines. Full-time role with rotating Saturday availability; previous healthcare experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous healthcare experience
- Nationally Certified Medical Assistant
- Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems
- Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Excellent patient relation and customer services skills
- Open availability to work during weekdays and weekends
- Full time, 30+ hours
- Availability Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays within operating hours of 7:00am - 7:30pm
- Open Flexibility to help cover in a team environment
