Job Summary
Perform pre- and post-care treatment instructions, assist physicians in medical, cosmetic, and laser procedures, and record prescribed treatments, medications, biopsies, cultures, photos, prescriptions, prior authorizations, and procedures. Conduct daily scans of retail and cosmetic products and medical supplies to alert leadership of low stock, then perform inventory responsibilities and stocking as requested. Prepare rooms before and after patients, checking all equipment at the start of each shift to ensure proper function. Understand provider-to-patient flow to anticipate next steps while promoting a professional atmosphere. Requires full-time availability Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays between 7am and 7pm. Previous healthcare experience is required, with a preference for dermatology experience, national certification, EMR software proficiency, and Microsoft Office skills.
