Medical Assistant - Full Time - Primary Care Quarry Walk Oxford

Medical Assistant role supporting primary care at Quarry Walk Oxford. Fulfills patient care responsibilities—organizing patient flow, preparing exam rooms, and accompanying patients to exam rooms. Documents patient history, charts, collects specimens, relays instructions, and assists with physical exams. Performs patient screening, documents history, conducts medication reconciliation, and obtains vitals. Assists physician with exams and procedures; supports office coordination with phones, scheduling, and administrative duties. Manages and updates medical records, handles referrals and prior authorizations, maintains inventory of clinical equipment and supplies, and assists with obtaining prior authorizations and scheduling surgeries. Requires high school diploma/GED and EMR experience; may float to other GFP locations as needed. Additional responsibilities as needed.
