Job Summary
Triage patients, measure vitals, and record information on charts while performing blood draws, venipuncture, and specimen collection. Administer medications and immunizations under provider direction, set up procedures, and prepare treatment rooms. Check patients in and out, verify insurance, and collect payments. Requires graduation from a Medical Assistant, EMT, or Paramedic program, or active RMA/CMA designation, plus BLS certification and Level II background screening clearance. Full-time role with competitive pay, monthly incentives, and generous PTO starting day one.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a Medical Assistant, EMT, Paramedic, or other relevant program
- Active Registered Medical Assistant or Certified Medical Assistant designation
- 6 months of experience in a relevant environment
- Licensed CNA with phlebotomy experience
- Prior recent experience in a healthcare setting, such as an emergency department, urgent care, or other ambulatory clinic
- BLS certification
- Ability to pass a Level II background screening and clearance through AHCA
