Medical Assistant Float

Assist the nurse and office manager in maintaining medical inventory, collecting test samples, and scheduling patient care across our NJ satellite locations. Clean clinical areas, aid patients with personal needs, and support physicians in wound care processes while maintaining accurate patient records. Handle multi-line telephone systems and communicate with guests and staff using bilingual Spanish skills. Prioritize assignments, organize office machinery, and document requests using Microsoft Office tools. Float between Pennsauken, Blackwood, Cherry Hill, and Vineland offices as needed.
