Medical Assistant Float

Medical Assistant Float provides direct patient care and administrative support across six Dallas-Fort Worth clinics. Responsibilities include clinical duties such as phlebotomy, vaccination/medication administration, taking vital signs, specimen collection, and cleaning/sterilizing equipment; administrative tasks and EMR documentation; and collaboration with physicians and advanced practice providers. Role requires travel to multiple clinics within the DFW Market with mileage reimbursement. Must have high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, and 1+ year MA experience; phlebotomy certification/experience preferred. Bilingual English-Spanish is preferred; knowledge of HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding, and CAHPS/HOS is a plus. The role is patient-facing and participates in TB screening programs; HireVue interview process is used.
