Job Summary
Perform high-volume phlebotomy, administer injections, and assist with clinical care for fertility patients. Maintain blood drawing station supplies, ensure lab specimens reach proper facilities, and provide pre- and post-op education. Conduct semen washes, set up for IUIs, and take vital signs while entering lab data and printing labels. Offer patient counseling, procedure teaching, and emotional support to patients and families. Communicate physician orders and instructions clearly to ensure program goals are met. Work independently to support excellence in customer service within a compassionate environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong phlebotomy skills
- High School diploma
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- demonstrated ability to follow-through
- high degree of comfort with computer applications
- accuracy and speed with data entry
- Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare
- familiarity with medical terminology

- Completion of a formal MA program
