Job Summary
Medical Assistant in a Family Medicine office handling patient vitals, data collection, documentation, and communication with patients and health-care team. The role supports clinical excellence, in-office patient care, and answering patient calls while relaying messages to providers or nurses. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and BLS CPR certification (or obtain within 90 days); preferred CMA/RMA certification and prior medical-office experience. This full-time position is 40 hours weekly with day shifts in an office setting, contributing to a patient-centric care delivery model.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- BLS (CPR), must present a current BLS card or obtain certification within 90 days of hire
- Preferred: Previous experience in medical office
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant
