Assist physicians and nurses with special procedures and examinations, while collaborating with the health care team to coordinate patient care plans. Perform vital signs, height, weight, and screening procedures, and document all findings in medical records. Maintain orderliness of examination rooms, stock supplies, and complete required equipment logs. Greet patients, handle registration, process insurance forms, and enter ambulatory care charges. Submit prescriptions and refills electronically, and ensure all procedure data is recorded on appropriate forms.
