Job Summary
Conduct patient intake, vitals, and basic procedures in a family medicine and dermatology clinic setting. Maintain active RMA, AAMA, CCMA, or NCCT certification and provide Basic Life Support/CPR certification. Manage computer systems and coordinate care within the UW Health northern Illinois network. Work Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm with variable hours, including potential evening, night, weekend shift differentials, overtime, and on-call pay.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited Associate degree program or Medical Assistant program
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained
- At least one year of professional experience in a clinic setting
- Computer experience
- RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification
- Active RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification
