Job Summary
Assist with patient exams and procedures, administer medications, and perform tests under the supervision of a licensed medical provider. Manage front desk operations including patient registration, insurance billing, and payment collection. Maintain a full-time day schedule at the Express Care location in Missoula, MT, with a base pay range of $18.73 to $28.66. Eligible candidates may receive a $1,000 extended sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants
- Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program
- Has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces
- Equivalent education or experience to the above
- Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant
- Experience obtaining vital signs
- Experience administering injections
- Experience medication administration
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire
- 6 months Healthcare experience
- 6 months Medical Assistant experience
