Job Summary
Medical Assistant needed to support clinical care teams in field settings, traveling up to 60 miles to facilities such as skilled nursing and assisted living locations. Responsibilities include facilitating clinical services, preparing documentation, performing medication reconciliation, entering encounter notes and lab results, hosting telehealth sessions, coordinating scheduling and triage, ensuring patient confidentiality, and assisting with discharge planning. Must have high school diploma or equivalency; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel up to 1 hour from home. Certified Medical Assistant degree a plus; typing speed 45 wpm or greater; medical scribing experience preferred. Typical hours are Monday–Friday dayshift with mileage reimbursement offered.
Required Qualifications

- Certified Medical Assistant degree a plus
