Job Summary
Medical Assistant for field-based provider support in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities; travel up to 60 miles from home as directed by Lead MA Manager/Supervisor. Typical Monday–Friday dayshift. Responsibilities include supporting clinical providers, documenting encounters, performing medication reconciliation, preparing facility charts, hosting telehealth sessions, coordinating scheduling, triage and discharge planning, maintaining patient confidentiality, and ensuring completion of clinical paperwork. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalency, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and typing speed of 45 wpm; Certified Medical Assistant degree a plus; Medical Scribing experience preferred. Mileage reimbursement is offered.
