Job Summary
Medical Assistant to support the clinical care team in the field with assigned providers; travel up to 60 miles from home, typically Monday-Friday dayshift. Responsibilities include facilitating provider workflows, documenting encounters, medication reconciliation, chart data entry, lab results entry, enabling CCM/BHI services, scheduling coordination, telehealth support, patient and family communication, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant care transitions. Requires high school diploma or equivalency, valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and typing speed of 45 wpm or greater. Certified Medical Assistant is a plus; mileage reimbursement offered; positions are full-time with benefits.
