Medical Assistant

Medical Assistant role supporting and facilitating clinical services for Eventus WholeHealth, including field work with assigned providers, scheduling management, charting and documentation, telehealth hosting, and coordination of care across facilities (skilled nursing, assisted living, and private residences). Duties include entering encounter notes and lab results, medication reconciliation, patient and family communication, triage support, discharge planning, and ensuring adherence to HIPAA and organizational policies. Travel up to 60 miles from home; Monday–Friday dayshift with mileage reimbursement offered. Must have High School Diploma or equivalency, valid drivers license, and ability to travel; CMA degree a plus and 45 wpm typing. Experience with medical documentation, patient confidentiality, and coordinating care across a multi-provider team is valued.
