Job Summary
Support the clinical care team by assisting providers, managing and documenting patient encounters, performing medication reconciliation, and hosting telehealth sessions. Facilitate scheduling, triage, and communication with families and facility staff; ensure completion of clinical paperwork and adherence to HIPAA. Role involves field-based travel to facilities (up to 60 miles from home) and a Monday–Friday dayshift schedule. Mileage reimbursement is offered. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalency, valid driver\'s license, and reliable transportation; typing 45 wpm+; CMA credential a plus; medical-scribe experience preferred.

- Travel up to 60 miles from home address
- Typing speed of 45 wpm or greater
- Certified Medical Assistant degree a plus
- Medical Scribing experience preferred
