Job Summary
Welcome patients to exam rooms, measure and record vital signs in the EHR, and document patient history with precision. Administer injections and vaccinations, collect blood and urine samples for diagnostics, and educate patients on procedures. Coordinate follow-up appointments and participate in team initiatives to improve care processes. This on-site role in Detroit runs four days a week from 7:45am to 6:15pm. Required Qualifications
- Have experience as a Medical Assistant
- completed coursework in the field
- Previous phlebotomy experience
- Must be able to work On-site in Detroit
- Must be available for 4 days/week, 7:45am-6:15pm
- Must be able to Escort patients to exam rooms
- Must be able to Accurately measure and record vital signs in the EHR
- Must be able to Log symptoms and medical history
- Must be able to Perform injections, vaccinations, and other treatments
- Must be able to Provide clear explanations about procedures
- Must be able to Collect blood and urine samples
- Must be able to Schedule future appointments
- Must be able to Participate in initiatives to improve processes
- Background checks are required for this role
