Job Summary
Medical Assistant role based in Appleton, WI, supporting ENT clinical operations. Responsibilities include rooming patients and documenting clinical findings, providing patient education and surgical instructions, assisting with in-room scribing and physician support, ordering lab and diagnostic procedures, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring a clean, safe clinic environment. Requires at least 1 year of clinical experience; CMA preferred but not required. Flexible scheduling with full-time hours Monday through Friday and occasional travel to other locations.
