Job Summary
Conduct administrative and clinical tasks to support healthcare professionals by preparing patients for examinations, recording vital signs, and collecting specimens. Maintain accurate medical records, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow while assisting with patient education and at-home care instructions. Perform medication administration and basic life support techniques with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Maintain confidentiality and provide compassionate patient care. Bilingual Spanish/English required; Medical Assistant certification or Florida CNA license preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification preferred or valid Florida CNA license
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Proficient in medication administration and basic life support techniques
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
