Job Summary
Rooms patients, verifies information, and records medical history. Collects and processes blood and tissue specimens per CLIA standards. Explains procedures and medications to patients. Cleans and sterilizes instruments, documents visits and charges, and contacts patients with lab results. Assists providers during examinations by handing instruments, performing injections, or removing sutures. Cleans work areas and stocks inventory. Trains new employees as needed. Performs other assigned responsibilities. Requires high school diploma; CMA, CNA, phlebotomy skills, or esthetic license preferred. Must be able to travel to other zone locations. Schedule includes three 12-hour shifts weekly from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM and one Saturday monthly from 6:45 AM to 12:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to travel to other locations in the zone as needed
- Schedule consists of 3 days of 12-hour shifts/week from 6:45AM-7:15PM and 1 Saturday/month from 6:45AM-12:30PM
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Phlebotomy skills
- Esthetic or cosmetology license
