Job Summary
This role involves providing assistance with the examination and treatment of patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or provider, including preparing treatment rooms, performing basic clinical duties, documenting patient encounters, and maintaining records. Candidates should possess a High School diploma or equivalent, and relevant medical assistant certification, while being comfortable with hands-on patient care and able to perform various clerical duties.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a medical assistant school or training program
- Current Wisconsin license for MA, CMA, RMA, EMT, Paramedic, or LPN
- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification
- Relevant medical assistant certification (CCMA, CMA, RMA, NCMA, etc.)
